NLB Books 2 GO @NYPS Media Library

Dear Parents,

Nanyang Primary School will be partnering NLB for the Books 2 Go program next week 07/03-08/03 at the school media library. This is one of the most popular NLB school based event whereby a huge variety of weeks will be brought to schools for students to browse and borrow on the spot. Friendly NLB librarians will be stationed on site to run engaging activities and recommend interesting reading materials for students' learning needs. P3 and P4 pupils are scheduled to visit the school library on  one of the two days  while students from other levels are strongly encouraged to participate at their own free time.

For students who wish to borrow the books, pls remember to bring along the NLB member card or student concession card.

Jubilee Walk Family Time Activity Sheet

Dear Parents,

All Primary 4 to 6 pupils would have received the Jubilee Walk Family Time Activity. The Jubilee walk is a commemorative trail that connects the past, present and the future elements of the Singapore Story. It provides opportunities for families to learn about pioneers who have contributed to the nation as well as an opportunity for family interaction and bonding.

We would encourage pupils to take part in the Jubilee Walk with their families. Upon completion of the walk, they would receive a limited edition Jubilee folder. Instructions on how to obtain this folder are in the Jubilee Walk Family Time Activity Sheet.
