Data Updating and Dismissal Arrangement

Dear Parents, 

 

Updating of Pupils' Data and Medical Information

 

Pupils' data and medical forms have been given out to all pupils on 4th January 2016. It is an annual exercise where parents will update their contact details, information on the medical conditions of their child, and any special precautions needed.  

 

For medical conditions, please submit any supporting documents from the doctors. The information collected will be used for the purpose of

(a) updating any student information databases managed by the school or the Ministry of Education, 

(b) planning and conducting the school's programmes and

(c) making disclosure, where relevant and necessary, to government agencies, statutory boards, health-care providers, and other parties in order to ensure the safety and well-being of your child.

 

Please submit all the completed forms, duly signed and return it to the Form Teacher by 7th January 2016 (Thursday).

 

Dismissal Arrangement at Meeting Point

 

You can drive into the school to fetch your child by entering Gate A, along King's Road from 1.50pm to 2.15pm.  Please display a piece of A4 size paper indicating the name and class of your child so that we can call their names and speed up the pick-up process along the driveway near the Meeting Point. Please plan your travelling time so that you need not wait outside the school to enter the school from 1.50pm and remind your child to wait for you at the Meeting Point. If you need to come to the school for any matters, please park your vehicle at the public car parks in the school vicinity.
